Privacy Policy

This policy explains how MoonStone Advisers, Malaysia (“we”) handles personal data for the 面相 MianXiang and 緣份 YuanFen readings, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

What we collect and why

• Your email address — to send your receipt, to help you if something goes wrong, and, only if you ticked the box, to send you occasional offers.
• Payment details — handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment, your email and the amount, but never your full card number.
• Your photo(s) — used only to create your reading. They are sent securely to our AI provider (Anthropic) for processing and are not stored by us.
• Names you type (YuanFen only, optional) and the reading text — saved for 90 days so you can reopen your reading on the same device, then deleted automatically.

Who we share it with

• Stripe (payments) — stripe.com/privacy
• Anthropic (AI processing of photos) — anthropic.com/legal/privacy. Anthropic does not use data sent through its commercial API to train its models.
• Cloudflare (website hosting and security).
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram advertising) — facebook.com/privacy/policy. See “Cookies and advertising” below.

These providers may process data outside Malaysia, with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your personal data.

Photos of other people

If you upload a photo of someone else (for example, your partner on YuanFen), you confirm they are an adult and are happy for it to be used for a reading.

Cookies and advertising

Your browser stores a small reference to your purchase on your device so you can reopen your reading. Stripe sets cookies needed to process payments securely and prevent fraud.

We use the Meta Pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. It tells Meta when this page is visited, when checkout is started and when a purchase is completed (the product and amount paid), together with Meta's own cookies and your device and browser details. Meta may link this to your Facebook or Instagram account to show you relevant ads and report results to us. We never send Meta your photos, names, email address or reading. You can control this in your Meta ad preferences or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Your rights

You can ask to access or correct your data, to stop marketing emails at any time, or to have your data deleted, by emailing support@moonstoneadvisers.com. We will respond within 21 days.
